New Mothers’ Writing Circle

Spend two hours looking at how the act of writing can bring us into community with each other, and support our mothering bodies as places of abundance.

Together with award-winning creative producer and writer Catrin Kemp, you’ll be led through prompts which position joy and rest as radical yet essential aspects of ongoing activism. The workshop will be thought-provoking, not triggering, with space made for sharing words if you would like to.

You are welcome to attend with or without your child/ren. The term ‘mother’ is inclusive of adopting, fostering, non-birthing queer mothers and step-mothers. You do not need any writing experience to take part. Find out more about Catrin’s work here.

This event is part of Conflicts of Caring but separate booking is required so that we can tailor the workshop to those attending.
