We are publishing some internal policies, external reports, and key organisational documents. We are sharing these to create transparency for our communities in our actions, planning and decision making.
We review and update our suite of policies every Autumn. Therefore, the documents listed here are likely to change. These changes can relate to new legislation, economic changes, or the addition of new projects or programmes.
Our process of policy creation includes consultation or specific people and groups. Where this includes public engagement, we tend to do this at our Annual General Meeting or specific public events throughout the year.
We developed these documents in conversation with our community and partner organisations with support from SCVO (Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations).
Fair Work
We are a Fair Work organisation. For us this means provide working conditions that support people holistically, including fair pay, enhanced policies such as sick pay and annual leave, that we take a person-centred approach to role development, and that team members feel valued and fulfilled.
