Forgan Arts Centre is having the AGM in its new home at 59 Kirk Road, Newport on Tay. We would like to encourage as many members as possible to attend our AGM to learn about what has happened this last year and our plans for the future. 

MEET & GREET from 7pm – 7.30pm 

Please arrive from 7.00pm when you will have the chance to meet and speak to members of the Forgan Management Committee before the AGM commences at 7.30pm.

  • The deadline for Registration is Noon on Friday May 27th. 

  • If you would like to request a copy of the Annual Report and supporting information, along with submitting any questions in advance, please call  01382 542062. 

 

In accordance with current Scottish Government advice, and in consideration of all our members health and safety, we encourage you - 

Not to attend if you are feeling unwell. 
To wear a mask whilst inside the building, especially if there are a significant number of attendees. 

  • Please use the Waterstone Crook car park if possible, to leave the limited spaces at the centre for those who most require proximity to access. 

 

 

In accordance with our constitution only ORDINARY members may vote at the AGM. However, the voices and views of our ASSOCIATE members are essential and valued input to any and all discussions regarding Forgan Arts Centre. The Management Committee therefore encourages ALL members who are interested in the future of Forgan Arts Centre to register and attend the AGM. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS ON VOTING 
 
1. Only ORDINARY Members can vote at the AGM (see catchment for ordinary members below ) 
2. Associate members can attend and participate, ask questions and express views at the AGM 
3. Any members who may now be resident in/out of the Taybridgehead area should contact the centre to advise of change of address. 
 
Ordinary members are those members residing in the Taybridgehead ward of North East Fife. This includes Newport, Tayport, Wormit, Gauldry, Balmerino, St Michaels, Leuchars, Drumoig and Balmullo AND GUARDBRIDGE
